Have been on one diet or other for most of my adult life, it's so hard when you love food! I need to lose about 2 1/2 - 3 stone, but read the "Bonk for a boy" article which says eat sausages, rice, beans etc if you want a boy which I have been so I feel fatter than ever! Can't win! Is there a more comprehensive guide somewhere? It doesn't mention fish or veg or salad at all so I'm really confused.
