Hi girls, I was really, really tempted to buy a terramundi 'Baby Fund' pot which was soooo cute!! But got a little superstitious and thought I best wait till i get a BFP!!
Just showed the cup to hubby-he said I should've told him then he could put my tea in it. I said it wasn't for me and anyway you aren't meant to put hot liquid in it. He just rolled his eyes and went back to watching market kitchen lol!
Anyhoo i'm 23 my hubby is 25, we got married on the 5th Aug and I came off the pill at the end of the month, had 1 and a half periods (latest was just 4 days of spotting). Hubs has said we're not ttc yet and that makes me sad hence why I obsess over baby stuff!

i wish i'd seen post about a glass of vino could have done with 1, instead we went to bed at 10.30 on a sat nite & watched men in black, yes my life rocks!
me & hub have been together 5yrs married 5mths, i'm 26 hub is 27, own house decent jobs but our ttc has been put on hold the now due to my health, got a big no no from doc, so hopefully in 6months my levels will be back up & we get to ttc, we were planning on waiting until dec10/jan11 but having to wait as opposed to planning to wait really sucks. i just wanna shop for baby!!!!!!
hopefully fam will buy us a few wee bits, pram cot etc, i have a want for an icandy/m&p skate etc. but i have a beetle so boot space is an issue!!!!
i have described looking at baby stuff to hubby as the same as 2yrs before wedding when i looked at wedding dresses. i have to admit that i do sometimes wander into mothercare & look at baby stuff, in john lewis 1 day (about 2yrs ago) i played with bugaboos for 30min (bad juji) alan now just tolerates me! wont be that when we do get a BFP & i know what bargains i want for baba
Hi Jules, Sorry to hear you are having to wait a little bit, time will fly, was the same with wedding planning and waiting for the big day itself You have def done your 'research', I am impressed and makes me feel less bad when I wander round mothercare! Was pretty quiet on here last night so SD started a little thread for all us girls still up feeling a tad bored. Am def going to google that furniture, found a gorgeous swinging crib last night, think it was mothercare, so want one! Hmmm think I need to spend bit more time 'researching' myself... Hugs xx

OMG that is the swinging crib I NEED! Spoke to hubs earlier about how he felt about white nursery furniture and got the big thumbs up, YAY!! Am also loving the M & P skate, do you know how much it is??? Have heard about the icandy too, hmmm pricy! Just been cooing over the most perfect canvas pics for a nursery in B & Q... xx
ha ha I love the crib 2!!!!! skate is about ??500 plus car seat. that includes the carrycot part. i feel like i'm a walking talking price index.
just been to morrisons & 2 things i bought didnt have scan things & i could tell the checkout lady exact price, bananas ??1.09 & tupperwear tub ??0.99 i am sad

I know! Did you have nice weather for it? We need to get some photo's up! Hubs is saying IF he gets a new job we can THINK about it no UPSI-ing, was wondering whether to broach that subject with him but it would prob be a bit awkward.
