Hun, I'd go with a simple card but write your own both congratulations and condolences message.
When Sammy was born, I hated that we got condolence cards because I'd gone through labour, seen and cuddled my baby etc. so wanted a mark for the happy occasion. Yet I hated congratulations cards as it was like nobody wanted to acknowledge what happened.
My fav card was a simple 'Thinking of you' card where Sammy was acknowledged by name and we were congratulated on his birth etc. yet they were very sorry that our time with him was so short and they offered their condolences.
Two things have happened, please don't buy a card that only signifies one of them. This is what we did not like.
