Ahhh that's brilliant news! I somehow missed this post yesterday so thought your scan was tomorrow. I had a cyst on one ovary too - did they mention that it might be the corpus luteum which is left over from ovulation? Mine disappeared at some point between 9 and 12 weeks, and I think it's quite common.
