You should never give up hope with anything in life.If you don't ever try how will you ever know.The bus company's are Private but they have to win large contracts from the local coucil.So if you petion the goverment then this will get passed down to local government or just get a petion up to your local council.I have worked in Local government dealing with Enviromental and Transports issues and what you don't ask for you don't get.!
