I got food poisoning last year from a dodgy lettuce but no one says not to eat that during pregnancy (do make sure its washed though) Also different countries have different rules, for instance in France soft cheese is fine as the risk is deemed so minimal! As long as your sensible all risks are minimal so go with what you feel comfortable with.
