@Mrst1119 it is still possible same as above. In u are on day shift u temp when u wake up, when u are on night shift u temp after 4h sleep. During offs match up to either depending on situation. It will be more spread in tine in ur case, but it still can work. I would give it a try and let's see how it looks.

I love bbt , it got me pregnant so many times... But I guess I'm super fertile and that's a separate thing. Anyway, I believe it will help u. A lot of ladies feel in control doing bbt, because u know where u are in ur cycle no matter how long it is.

Morning guys! Thought I had a faint positive at 7dpo and waiting to test until today at 10dpo and can’t see anything 😒 hate when I do this to myself!haha no self control 😓😓
@Demi0358 yes it is still early bc implantation can occur between 6-12dpo which means u couldve not even implanted yet....last cycle i got a very faint bfp on 11dpo....i will be testing in the morning though on 10dpo just to calm my mind
We'll i either ovulated, however I'm not sure I did since the shift happened once I started taking my temperature viginally and not orally. So I'm not sure if I can believe it, since I stopped taking opks the last week since I ran out. So I guess we'll see if af comes 😊 Although I started taking vitex 3 days ago and had spotting yesterday. Which is very weird but made me happy cause that means the vitex is working.
