NDG, they thought she had an ectopic so they actually tried to operate but then she lost the baby The next day.
She then had that bleed and then took Clomid the next month (so I guess technically her next period again following tHe miscaridge) so I’m guessing next month you should just carry on as normal? I’m guessig you haven’t now taken Clomid this bleed?
she was told to take a few months off but that was only for emotional reasons - she was signed off work for a month.

My bloods came back and its dropping but slowly. they had a suspected ectopic which they were going to monitor but it passed itself naturally so they didn’t have to in the end. I’ve been told I can take clomid again on my next af :-) so now I am wishing it to hurry up. I’m still at work, I haven’t told anyone what’s going on - not sure if it’s a good thing or bad but I thought if I keep busy it be better. Had to work at home yday as the cramps were really bad, lucky I had no clients.
How are your injections going? What happens next for you? It’s all new to me xx
MrsBeeL did you say you have another 3 rounds of Clomid? My AF was a bit odd after Clomid too, I guess it’s just the effect of the drugs. I’m sorry the witch came though on to the next month
honestly though, I actually found the Clomid side effects worse than IVF so far.
NDG I am down regging at the moment which is putting me into early menopause, this lets the dr get control over my cycle - I will then start stimming and hopefully growing lots of eggs. I’m hoping to start that on Wednesday. I’m hoping I’m about half way through with the injections now if all goes to plan!

Oh i feel you on the side effects of metformin Mrs BeeL been taking it for years now on n off side effects settle down fairly quickly I take 1500mg a day and did whilst I did clomid, hopefully you have better luck than me
Oh emylou you sound Well on your way. I really don’t know much about ivf yet but fingers crossed them eggs grow and the ball gets well and truly rolling.
im doing ok. Post mc I only bled like 4 days was like a normal period really still getting positive preg Tests so need to monitor that. when af comes again I can take clomid again so feeling a little better I am able to do something to aid pregnancy again.
So had my hospital appointment this morning and all went well. My consultant is retiring so I'm bring put under another one who's a pcos specialist. As I got pregnant with my son at a very very low weight I've been told to lose weight despite having a healthy bmi to see if that regulates my cycles and helps me ovulate. I've also had a full lot of bloods done to check all hormones etc. I go back in August so feeling quite hopeful it's not over for me yet
Lise that’s fantastic news, I’m glad it’s positive. Good luck on the weight loss. Are they monitoring it as you’re already at a healthy bmi?
Cd 6 so last day of chlomid for me already today! its going so quick! Got The usual migraine and bloating that I can’t work out if it’s metformin, chlomid or something I ate!
Thanks Mrs BeeL trying to keep upbeat. Np not being monitored I'll just have to be sensible and not go too crazy like I did when I struggled for my son. I ended up at 6st9lbs then, hoping for a stone or slightly more by my August appt see if that makes a difference to my cycles. I'm 5ft6 so you can put it into perspective.
Ooh I've not experienced migraine or bloating with metformin but everyone is different I usually end up with an iffy tummy. Wow that cycles gone quick is this 1 of 3?
Looks like everyone is doing well. Maybe the burst of sun over the weekend lifted our spirits. I am desperate for my af to come ugh. Never thought I would say that lol x

its too early for af and too early for ovulation too as I had the mc last week. Confused though as had lots of pain on one side and now I keep getting blood in my CM. no idea what it is tho x

lise87 I'm the same they asked me to lose weight as this should help, I joined weight watchers so far so good. Af came on its own as I just lost 6lb. But have a appt soon will see what they say
mrs BeeL I upped my own dosgae of clomid to 100mg, didn't feel any side effects on either 50 or 100 don't know if it even worked.
ndg I have just had an announcement in mr friends circle and a family meme just had a baby, went to see them couldnt help feel when will it be my turn 😔

Well I think af is on its way. Strangest I’ve ever seen and early but at least chlomid can start!

Yeah 3 more rounds at 1000 mg with metformin so really ramming In the drugs.

Yep 1 of 3 at 100mg. Super quick. Maybe it’s a sign the 2ww will go quick too! Yeah - in my dreams!
