Good news on the weight loss girls. I will never fit into my wedding dress at this rate. Thank goodness we can announce we are pregnant at our wedding. Frecks - if your oh is anything like me dh then he wont be able to keep his trap shut and people will find out!!!! So as long as you make it clear to oh that you dont want people knowing until the wedding then you should be ok. I think the men just get really excited and want to tell people but dont understand the reasons as to why you shouldnt tell people before the 12 week scan. Oh and you may feel as though you are getting bigger but you probably dont look as though you are! My clothes got really tight on me very early on but when i said to my mum about it i dont think she believed me as she said i didnt look as though i was any bigger.

Hi everyone! Sorry i'm getting really good at the disappearing acts! Have just had a quick read to catch up with everyone, hate using other peoples computers so have to make this quick! Hopefully getting laptop back at the weekend. So quick catch up... You'll remember that i started bleeding again a couple of days after af finished well that didnt stop until cd 19 (now cd22) so went ahead and got smear today and saw the doc when i was there. She thinks i've got a tyroid problem and anemia and also found out today i've got carpel tunnel syndrome which is why i've been dropping things and my hands dont feel like my own! Straightening my hair this morning took so much effort i thought there was something really badly wrong so thats a relief! So i went in with bleeding and numb hands and ended up having blood tests for everything! Hormone levels are also being checked as explained about ttc. She said her gut feeling was i may have had an early mc even though pg tests came up neg with the way i described the bleeding and pain but theres no way of telling. Think i'm just relieved to know that there is an explanation for the tiredness and all the crying i've managed to do over the past few weeks. I really thought i was going a bit mad. Sorry about the ramble but had to get it out!

I do think that the complaint against me though will be dismissed after I met with HR today as there is no basis for it and I have witnesses to back up what I said - so that one's a no go. It's funny the HR guy started asking me about her performance and had she been performing and had I put her on a performance improvement plan, which I had unofficially with the other manager as I wanted to get her to improve without going through the official route, anyway it made me wonder if this was her way of getting out of that? My dh suggested it but I really didn't think too much about it until the HR rep started asking too and as I ran him through some of the issues I thought hhhmmm maybe that has something to do with it, anyway I'm glad that I talked to the other manager about it as she will back me up. I just have to wait and see what they will do about my boss now.
Well I'm going to sit with dh and get some down time (so he can get some -up' time tonight). Keep well my lovelies and roll on 'pie bellies' for Shirls, Laura, BC and I. xxx

My cousin had a problematic thyroid but only discovered it when she started having tests because she wasn't getting pregnant. She has a gorgeous little girl now!

I'm still able to button my trousers but I now feel like I have two watermelons about to explode in the place of boobs. I wanted to write on here last night but I was so wretchedly sick with "morning" (yeah right) sickness I had to go to bed. Woke up in pain during night so wrecked this morning.

Shirls.....in a nutshell .....OH and I accepted a job transfer to Dubai in July, got engaged early August, decided to get married before we went late August, found out we were pregnant early September, arranged the registry office in Manchester for October (in case we got preggers- you can't be unmarried and have a bun in the oven in Dubai-good thing we did!!!) and we are having a blessing with family and friends in November. My parents have banned me from callling them unless it's to talk about the weather. They have been so shocked by all the announcements. My mother is starting to freak a bit about my Lupus which is annoying me because they are not acting too overjoyed by my pregnancy. I know they are just worried. Do anyone else's parents not ring them often. I rang my mother to tell her and then I didn't hear from her for two weeks and I rang!!!! Can't figure it out.

Hi Girls well I am mis-er-able today.... Not sure why other than I have to go back to my cr*ppy job tomorrow and the HR investigation came to nothing at the end of last week - they said they can't substantiate my claims - which I know for a fact is complete bull, as the girl in the UK told them everything - so they are big fat liars who are out to protect the company. Surprise surprise. So I will gather my ammunition and see if I can sue them. The only thing they did do is put him on a communication improvement plan; oh and I am on one too after my complaint - that seems fair doesn't it? I was sooooo angry I could spit! They couldn't substantiate that I said what my employee said I said either, and it wasn't even what I said apparently it was how I said it and I ahd a witness who said no I didn't say that and they didn't even talk to her! But oh well let's, liar, not investigate properly and just put everyone on the same plan as obviously that seems like the sensible thing to do right??? And what I -did' was as bad as what he did!!!! :x
Anyway I am 4dpo according to FF and am totally unconvinced I have managed to even OV this month, I have none of my usual symptoms for OV let alone PG - so I am not holding up any hope at all. I'm putting it down to stress. Very unhappy and with not +ve opk until cd18 it's going to be a long cycle....... ?

DH and I went to the cinema at the weekend and saw The Town. It was quite good from what i remember. I really have got a memory like a fish at the moment! haha Quite tired today. Getting up for a pee every few hours really isnt helping and plus ive got a bit of a bad back at the moment so i just cant get comfy properly. Even after a nice long hot soak in the bath i still was aching. Ah well c'est la vie

My weekend was great! Actually got up early to get to the gym on saturday, followed by meeting my girls for a big shop at makro ... The girls were super cute " you won't be able to lift all this next time, and the only thing on your trolley will be diapers" lol!! We usually go every 8 months or so!
Yep... BD every day at the wekend, oh even pounced on my yesterday afternoon during eastenders loool!! I am mad though, left my cbfm at his by mistake so couldn't test this morning.. What an excuse to go back today though . Saved and refrigerated fmu.. But not sure if it will still ask me to test when I switch it on later? Oh the joys!!...

Hey everyone! So i'm officially back, got a lovely surprise when i got home from work yesterday when lovely oh handed me a new laptop! Its one of the little ones and so cute! Said it was to cheer me up after everything got on top of me last week. So glad to be back, it was taking way to long to catch up with you all only getting on a couple of times a week.
Results aren't back yet but am feeling much better today, its been 8 days now since bleeding stopped and am gonna give it my all next month. Dont hold much hope for this month as with all the bleeding i decided not to do ov kit as dont want a horribe 2ww cause i've no idea when i would say af finished! I might be in for a very long cycle this month. If it doesnt happen in october ladies i'm gonna have to give ttc a rest for a while. I told you all a while ago were getting married abroad next year and october is the deadline! I really hope it happens as dont want to have to stop trying after all this time.
BOB...I hope your feeling better, i really cant believe your work! It just shows they really do care more about keeping up appearances than the wellbeing of their staff. Look after yourself and your hubby cause thats all that matters, your homelife and sanity are much more important than any job so just enjoy spending your paycheck each month as ultimately thats all your there for! 4dpo is way too early to say your out of the running this month! Jay... Work is going much better, had a few days off together last week which helps when working crappy shifts all the time! Oh has a bad back at times and i got him a shiatsu pillow which is brilliant, i'm not sure about using it in pregnancy but i dont think it would be a problem if used properly. It really is brilliant, it massages and uses heat.
Freckle...How are you? Hows all your wedding prep going? Am sure your getting excited! Its reassuring to hear about your cousin, just a waiting game for test results now. Not sure about your mums lack of phone calls, maybe she is anxious about what your going to tell her next! Did you speak to her more before you told her about being pg? It might be her own way of worrying, some people wouldnt be off the phone and others distance themselves. Hope she comes round as i'm sure you need her at the minute.

As for mothers... mine doesn't call me at ALL (in dark times I think it's because I'm the only one who hasn't given her a grandchild out of us three sisters) .. but I'm used to it now - so I bit the bullet and called her last night, and yes, the first thing out of her mouth was "got anything to tell me yet?" ... aaarrrggghhhh!!!!

Anyway I am 4dpo according to FF and am totally unconvinced I have managed to even OV this month, I have none of my usual symptoms for OV let alone PG - so I am not holding up any hope at all. I'm putting it down to stress. Very unhappy and with not +ve opk until cd18 it's going to be a long cycle.......

DH and I went to the cinema at the weekend and saw The Town. It was quite good from what i remember. I really have got a memory like a fish at the moment! haha
Quite tired today. Getting up for a pee every few hours really isnt helping and plus ive got a bit of a bad back at the moment so i just cant get comfy properly. Even after a nice long hot soak in the bath i still was aching. Ah well c'est la vie

J... That's pants re your back ache, I suffer with them too ( having rather large boobies doesn't help!) so I sympathise! I find the heat patches work for me - just a thought!
My weekend was great! Actually got up early to get to the gym on saturday, followed by meeting my girls for a big shop at makro ... The girls were super cute " you won't be able to lift all this next time, and the only thing on your trolley will be diapers" lol!! We usually go every 8 months or so!
Yep... BD every day at the wekend, oh even pounced on my yesterday afternoon during eastenders loool!! I am mad though, left my cbfm at his by mistake so couldn't test this morning.. What an excuse to go back today though

Results aren't back yet but am feeling much better today, its been 8 days now since bleeding stopped and am gonna give it my all next month. Dont hold much hope for this month as with all the bleeding i decided not to do ov kit as dont want a horribe 2ww cause i've no idea when i would say af finished! I might be in for a very long cycle this month. If it doesnt happen in october ladies i'm gonna have to give ttc a rest for a while. I told you all a while ago were getting married abroad next year and october is the deadline! I really hope it happens as dont want to have to stop trying after all this time.
BOB...I hope your feeling better, i really cant believe your work! It just shows they really do care more about keeping up appearances than the wellbeing of their staff. Look after yourself and your hubby cause thats all that matters, your homelife and sanity are much more important than any job so just enjoy spending your paycheck each month as ultimately thats all your there for! 4dpo is way too early to say your out of the running this month! Fingers crossed for you.
Jay... Work is going much better, had a few days off together last week which helps when working crappy shifts all the time! Oh has a bad back at times and i got him a shiatsu pillow which is brilliant, i'm not sure about using it in pregnancy but i dont think it would be a problem if used properly. It really is brilliant, it massages and uses heat.
Freckle...How are you? Hows all your wedding prep going? Am sure your getting excited! Its reassuring to hear about your cousin, just a waiting game for test results now. Not sure about your mums lack of phone calls, maybe she is anxious about what your going to tell her next! Did you speak to her more before you told her about being pg? It might be her own way of worrying, some people wouldnt be off the phone and others distance themselves. Hope she comes round as i'm sure you need her at the minute.
