I rub snuffle babe on their feet and give them cough medicine to soothe their throat

I keep them cosy and give warm water instead of cold so as not to irritate the cough. Snuggling under a blanket and lots of cuddles help too.

Vick's on feet covered with socks. We cuddle him up in our bed and read stories till he falls asleep.

make them comfortable, prop them up with pillows and give them lots of hugs. I always put cartoons on tv to distract them from feeling unwell too

I've always found heat is very soothing so I use children's hot water bottles, a soft blanky and cuddles helps.

I hate it when my little ones are up all night coughing but I do find elevating them slightly helps and also I swear by running Vicks on their feet
I make sure they drink plenty of fluids and rest as much as possible

Lots of cwtches, warm bath with some vicks In the water, run the bath a while before so that theres lots of steam In the bathroom, this can help them too
