Kayleigh im much the same as your oh. Ive closed the baby door but agreed when it was time to replace my coil we'd talk about it. Now with Patrick we will just need to see how things go and the level of support he needs will play a part. Your OH probably is babied out and exhausted. Just bench it until you're further down the line

Im getting Saoirse a smart trike from argos. I'm not buying anything else as we have a big family.

We had a family party for me yesterday and my heart was breaking as Saoirse was playing with her cousins and Patrick just played on his own. Its the first time I've properly noticed it. They were all sitting for a pic and Patrick wouldn't even come in the room.

Away to work today but finishing at 12 as taking Patrick to the nursery for an induction. I really hope we get the help we need quickly.

Blimey everyone, we've just noticed the post count on this thread! We were planning on starting you your brand new July 2017 Toddlers thread next week, but think we'll get it going sooner! Watch this space (and there's a little gift for all of those who join the new thread...)

In the meantime, here are a few highlights of Latest Posts on the forum. If you can help on any of these threads, we would truly appreciate it.

For those of you with more than one child, this member would love to know if she should buy a double buggy for her toddler and baby due in September?

Anyone got any tricks for getting a baby to take Calpol, as this mum’s wondering if she can mix it in her baby’s bottle.

Finally, did you have c-section? If so, this member’s section has a hematoma and is a bit leaky - can you help?

Thank you so much to all of you who help on these threads. It really does help the OPs know they’re not alone in this parenting malarky.

Feeling emotional and tired today so has made me cry that we're being changed to July 2017 toddlers instead of babies 😔

  • Options

I know I did feel emotional reading that post it feels like our babies are graduating from baby hood into toddlers where has this year gone🤷

Oh no! So sorry Louise 111, we totally didn't mean to make you cry 🙁They'll always be 'babies' though.... I was having cuddles with my eight year old yesterday, telling her she's still my baby girl! Was so nice, until then my 4 year old got jealous and totally ruined the moment by throwing herself on us.

You guys have been the most incredible group though, long may it continue!
