I have no symptoms other than tiredness and heightened sense of smell. It was the same with my last pregnancy. I had a few mornings/afternoons of nausea but nothing significant. It wasn’t until I got to around 31 weeks when my back started to hurt that I felt pregnant (other than a bump). I was very lucky! Fingers crossed it’s similar this time!

Does anyone else have a decreased appetite at the moment even without morning sickness?

I feel fine! I’m just really bloated and sore boobs! Think I need to purchase some sports bras maybe

I’m feeling particularly sick at the minute had a chinese takeaway for hubbys birthday last night and couldn’t finish it. And the thought of eating it made me feel so sick! Ended up having to go for a lay down!
My breasts are also starting to be tender, especially when I lay on my stomach (which is the only way I really sleep!)
feels like forever until my first midwife app on 3 September!!

Hello, Congratulations to everyone! I have Baby no.2 on the way, been TTC since December, I’ve went from being paranoid to not even thinking about it & i got my BFP this week :)

Congratulations and welcome to all the new people in the group! Three weeks today until my booking appointment, but feeling really paranoid today as my main symptoms the last couple of days of low back pain and cramps and pelvic/vagina pressure just feel like my premenstrual symptoms - anyone elses symptoms similar to their premenstrual ones? Just want to be 12 weeks plus and to have had a scan and for everything to be ok!

I’ve got my appointment 3 weeks tomorrow I’m having a lot of pain and phoned my fertility specialist today who said cramps are normal and mine would be worse due to my burst cyst :( Let’s hope the next few weeks go quickly!!

My breasts have been very tender today! I am also noticing that I cannot eat (meals) as much as usual as I’m becoming fuller a lot sooner. I am also starting to feel sick after eating sugary things like ice cream (which never happens to me lol)
    also extremely tired and irritable!

    Congratulations ladies!
i think we will all relax a bit after our 12week scans! It’s like you get hour BFP and then have to remember I’m still pregnant and wait for the proof! Cnt wait to see my little bean all cosy in there!
ive noticed I’m either starving but don’t fancy anything or jus not hungry! Been tasting pizza with work all day today so now feel totally sick!
Also picked my little girl up is much harder on my back already!

I have booked in a scan for next weekend, I should be 7 weeks so hoping to see a heart beat.

i have been doing tests every other day, watching them get a little darker is comforting as my symptoms are very minor and inconsistent.

sounds  like a lot of us are having our second baby! This will be my 3rd, my big one is much older though.

I will I’ll be delivering in pembury, so more central than the costal Kent ladies.

i’m sure in another couple of weeks the nausea will kick in for some of us, we should really enjoy feeling well, but it is nerve wracking.

I haven’t filled in the form at the doctors to see the midwife yet, I need to get organised really, but just want to make sure my bean is well stuck and growing first :-)

@LeanneF I’m with you, I’m getting fuller quicker & even after the littlest thing feel like I’ve had a 3 course meal. Not like me! LOL
I feel quite sickly in the afternoons, which I can deal with it’s better than mornings :)

I’m actually due to start my new job in 2 weeks (badly timed I know) I’ve been unhappy in my current for a while.
I’m still unsure what to think, do I tell my new employer, do I take the job still.??
I know I won’t qualify for SMP but hoping to get maternity allowance, been reading up but it says not everyone is entitled. Has anyone had it?

Hi ladies I'm a bit worried as I've just had sharp cramps that lasted about 30 seconds in my central lower abdomen, so that I had to bend over. Before that I was just having mild cramping sensations since my bfp. I'm worried as I had sharp cramps around the time the embryo died with my mmc in may.
Has anyone else had any sharp cramps and / or had them with a successful past pregnancy?

@FailingToBePatient  it’s so scary in early pregnancy.  I hope everything is ok, maybe go to your doctor and see if you can get referred for an early scan?

Mrs Fish, this is my third too!

Failingtobepatient, I would give the dr a ring tomorrow and see if they can refer you for an early scan. How many weeks do you think you are? X
