Thanks for all of the tips. My main pain is in my pubic bone and my upper thighs, almost where your underwear elastic might be so it can hurt to walk or do anything where they split apart. Nights are definitely more painful. My hip (?) clicks when I turn!

I've been doing pregnancy pilates and we do a cat stretch exercise which I do before bed at home now and find helps a little. My midwife suggested swimming with a float between my legs, and I have a tubigrip bandage that's trippled across my pelvic area (not the comfiest or most flattering but do think it helps with weight and pressure). A friend gave me a pregnancy ball which means I don't sit slouched in one position on the couch, too.

I really hope yours eases a bit, and it better disappear after babies are all with us!!

Yes laura i had a bump supoort belt which does sane as tubigrap around your tummy. Just takes some of the weight..

My morning sickness is back with a vengeance this morning. Nausea has been on and off for a week or so but this morning i feel awful and keep throwing up and tured is an understatement. Good job only 5weeks to go cos i cant cope with a 3yr old like this. Its not fair on him.

The pregnancy exercise ball and bump support sound like great ideas! Ive been struggling with sore hips too. Have any of you had restless legs? It always happens at night and it's such a pain to get to sleep.

we have all done so well! Pregnancy is not easy.

Went to my first nhs antenatal class las night, i wasnt expecting much but it was actually good. Although now I'm scared of labour eek

Lovely bumps ladies! Everyone tells me by bumps tiny/ I'm going to have a small baby blah blah. Well it's measuring on the 90th centile line and measuring 2 weeks ahead apparently hehe. Xx

Interesting emmarose as people also think I'm small. Did you have another scan or is it just on midwife's measurements? Can't decide whether to have a private growth scan at 34ish weeks

We're going to nandos :) can't wait I love nandos. Xx

Just the midwives measurements which I don't believe can be accurate to determine a weight (29+2 estimated 3.5lb) my husbands 6'6" so no doubt it's measuring long lol! It's definitely all baby as I can always see the contours of its body and it's limbs when it moves so who knows. How much are private growth scans? I must admit I'm curious. My hubby was 6lb at 32 weeks and 10lb1 at birth Xx

If we went to the Harley st place where we had the Harmony test it's £120 or £140 but locally can get one for £75... Will see when we get back from last holiday at 32 weeks!

The ladies are finally here and talking! :) Welcome back Lexy and hastiek :)

    Lovely bumps hastiek and Fee.

Lexy the private growth scan is very expensive i must say. I wonder if my doctor will do one for me on my regular appointments. I have about 6 more appointments left for 32, 34, 36, 38, 39, & 40 weeks. I wonder what she will be doing on all these numerous appointments!

The pain you guys feel sounds very scary to me. I am so scared of pain so i am always praying that these pains should help me at keep at bay. However this week i have realised that my feet have started getting a bit swollen during the day. My face and hands are still fine, i assume its just the weight of the baby constricting the flow of blood to my feet - i will ask the doctor tomorrow about this though.

Thanks jackrussel. In the UK we only see midwives so no scans after 20 weeks unless they are worried for some reason and refer you. I could maybe be cheeky and ask someone at the hospital where I work... but I think even scans are not very accurate at estimating weight - there is something like a 20% error margin which is quite a lot!

Just at a conference in Rome and been off to do some sightseeing today. They are very polite to pregnant women here - everyone keeps jumping up to give me a seat on metro!

Awesome bump fee. Ive had specialist scans every 2weeks with all 3 babies and they were way out on both my son and daughter. They had my daughter at 7lb 9at 38 weeks yet she was born a week later and was 6lb 8oz. My son they had at 3lb 7oz at 27+4 and he was born at 28weeks at 2lb 4oz. Both of them where very long babys and the weight is estimated based on abdominal, head and leg measurements and then around averages of babies with similar measurements and their birth weight on a database. Also its been proven bump size has no link to baby size according to my consultant. My bumps smaller this time yet madams apparently heavier on scans. Im expecting around 7lb going off the basis they gain around half pound a week and ive just under 6weeks to go x

That's fascinating mojo, I wondered how it all worked. Looking at my belly I can see the babies body and also see and feel it's legs right round it's side, I put money on the fact it's long, it's legs came off the scan picture too hehe. My sister in law is 6ft tall as an adult so there's some tall genes on the other side. I'm starting to struggle with the strength of its movements, I'm 29+3 and I cant imagine another 10 and a bit weeks in this heat with this little critter constantly booting me. I'm pleased it's getting big and strong but I'm so petite and finding it a challenge the further along we get. anyone else feeling the same? Plus I'm a bridesmaid a week tomorrow and I'm panicking my leaky boobs are going to leak through my pads somehow, I know I'm being ridiculous. I've been wearing pads since 19 weeks, if I take them off for 1 minute it's like a slowly dripping tap xx

Emmarose you look fab huni but i.know what you mean about uncomfortable with movements. Lukily they do calm down around 33weeks as they get too big too kick so its more wriggling. Madams feet are under my rib most of the time. Feel for yiu with the leaky bovs. Mine got really bad around 28weeks and literally poured out but midwife told me to.just leave alone and it slowed right down thankfuly. I obviously had my son at 28weeks and was grateful.my milk came in straight away for him  as he was too prem for formula milk x

    Emmarose - cute bump!!!!

I was doing so well with my bump cream and yet the stretch marks have started to rear their head! I wonder if it's this little one's growth spurts. On occasion I'm ravenous and seem to want to eat house and home...and each time the next day I'm not particularly hungry but I feel like my bump has grown.

Hubby is getting super excited. He's also getting into keeping his eyes out for things we may need. The latest is a play pen (Canadian speak for the little fold up travel beds that you can take the mattress out and let baby plan in. I showed him on Amzaon that the sale price wasn't that great and that we can wait to get that as there are some priorities...poor thing agreed but he looked completely deflated.

I have  a scan on the 27th because I have a fibroid. The midwives said it's far from the cervix so it's not a problem but they're just being on the safe side.

I was just thinking that it's quite odd to think this is the timeframe I was born 4lbs 1/2oz. He's moving a lot but other than resting on my bladder I haven't gotten any pains. I didn't realize when my tummy hardens up that it's Braxton Hicks because it doesn't usually hurt. I added a pack of Pampers to my Ocado order to bring it up to the minimum. I've looked at pads and I haven't used them for YEARS! I can't decide which to buy! lol

Hi Ladies what beautiful bump pics - I am nearly 32 week now and feel absolutely exhausted. I have been off work this week and no matter how much sleep I get I still feel so tired, have been napping most days.... Just wondered if anyone else is experiencing symptoms like this?
